       administrators doth Covenant Promise grant to and agree
       to and with the said John Gaither his heirs Executors admin.rs
       or assigns by these presents that she the said Johanah Bolton
       her Executors & administrators and every of them the two aforesaid
       Negroes named Jemey & Lewis will for ever warrant and defend
       unto him the said John Gaither his heirs Executors administr.s
       and assigns against all Manner of Persons whatsoever according
       to the true intent and meaning of these presents   In Witness
       whereof she hath hereunto sett her hand and affixed her seal
       this Tenth day of March in the Year of our Lord seventeen
       hundred sixty & three

       Received March Tenth 1763 of John Gaither the sum of
       sixty sterling Pounds sterling being the Consideration Expressed
       in the within Instrument of Writing as Witness my hand

       On the 18.th day of March 1763 came the within
       named Johanah Bolton before me the subscriber one of
       his Lordships Justices for the County afd and acknowledged
       the within instrument to be her act and Deed, and the
