322 and Ann Pumphreys his Wife's their part or parcel of the afd Tracts of Land called Ball's Enlargement and Cockeys Enlargement, being one hundred and Twenty Acres of same, with the appurtenances &c thereof as afd unto him the sd Charles Hammond Jun.r his Heirs and assigns, to and for his and their only sole and proper use and Behoof, and to and for none other use or purpose whatsoever And the said Joseph Pumphrey and Anne Pumphrey his Wife do hereby each of them for themselves and their Heirs covenant and grant to and with the said Charles Hammond, that they the said parties, each of them and their heirs, the afd One hundred and Twenty acres of Land and every part & parcel thereof with the Premisses & appurtenances &c hereby disposed of by them, from and against themselves and their heirs, and all Persons claiming or to claim by from or under them or either of them, unto him the s.d Charles & his heirs shall and will warrant, and hereafter for ever defend by these presents And that they or either of them and their heirs shall and will do or suffer to be done any other further act or thing, and will Execute and acknowledge any other Deed or Instrument of Writing for the better surety and sure making of the Premisses withe the appurtenances afd unto him the s.d Charles Hammond and his heirs as shall be by him or them of the parties afd and their Heirs, reasonably devised advised or required Provided the same contain no other than like Warranty and Covenant as herein is |
