       in hand paid them by s.d Charles at and upon the Ensealing
       and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby
       acknowledged and herewith they do confess themselves to be
       well content & satisfied, they the said Joseph Pumphrey and
       Ann his Wife have, and each of them hath granted bargained
       and sold conveyed and confirmed, and do and each of them
       doth grant bargain and sell convey and confirm unto him
       the said Charles Hammond his heirs and Assigns, all their
       the s.d Joseph Pumphrey's and Annes his Wife's Right Title
       Interest Estate Property Po^sse^ssion Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of in & to one hundred and Twenty acres of Land
       be the same more or less and being Parts of the two following
       Tracts of Land known and called by the Name of Balls
       Enlargement & Cockey's Enlargement, Each lying and
       being situate on the south side of Patapsco River, and on
       the West side of a creek called Curtis's Creek, according to
       his the said Joseph's Title Deeds, and his Wife's rights unto
       same, recorded in Ann.ll County Land Records Lib R D
       N.o 2 fol 405 & N.o 3 fol 160   With all and singular
       the Buildings Orchards Appurtenances & Improvements
       of every Kind unto the said One hundred and Twenty acres
       of Land afd in any wise belonging, or deemed unto the same
       to belong, or uses Occupied or Enjoyed therewith and all
       and every the Emoluments Profits and Issues thereof
      
                To have and To hold all the Joseph Pumphrey's
