316 of him the said James Sewell his heirs or assigns make do suffer acknowledge and Execute any other or further act or acts thing or things in the Law Whatsoever that shall by the said James Sewell his heirs or assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law be Reasonably devised advised or required for the better and more surer makeing the said Bargained Premisses to the said James Sewell his heirs and assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Parties first above written hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and Year above mentioned John Prestidge (s) Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of Ruxtan Gay On the Back of the aforgoing Will.m Aisquith Deed was thus Written viz February the fourth 1763 Then came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Baltimore County Court the within named John Prestidge and acknowledged the within indenture to be his act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named James Sewell his heirs and assigns for ever and at the same Time came Ann Prestidge the Wife of the said John Prestidge who being by us privately examined out of the hearing of her said Husband freely and Voluntarily acknowledged her consent thereto and relinquished her Right of Dower in the within Land and premisses and Declared that she did the same of her own free will without the compulsion of her said Husband or fear of her displeasure Ruxton Gay |
