310. 1763 February 24.th Received of M.r Beale Bordley Eleven Shillings & two pence half penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esquire his said Lordship's Agent & receiver General Benj.a Beall Recorded the 25.th day of February 1763 10 s.d Thus far accounted for with Com.rs Duty pd Know All Men by these Presents that I Francis Ware Jn.o Brice Cl have made ordained constituted & by these Presents do make ordain & constitute Ex.d & in my place & stead put and depute my Trusty Friend Cap.t Joshua Beall my true & lawfull attorney for me and in my name to ask demand sue for levy Recover & receive all such sums & sums of Money Debts goods Wares dues accompts & other Demands whatsoever by any Person or Persons Whatsoever which are or shall be due owing payable to me or Detained from me any manner of Ways or Means Whatsoever by any Person or persons Whatsoever, giving and granting to my said Attorney by these presents my full and whole power Strength & authority in & about the Premisses to have use and take all Lawfull ways and means in my Name for the Recovery thereof And upon the Receipt of any such Debts dues or sums of Money afores.d acquittances or other sufficient Discharges for one & in my Name to make seal & Deliver & Generally all and every other act and acts thing and things device & Devices in the Law whatsoever needfull & Necessary to be done in and about the premisses for the recovery |
