306 therein meant or mentioned to be granted Bargained and sold to be the Estate and Right of the within named Beale Bordley Party to the same indenture and his Heirs and Assigns according to the True intent and Meaning of the same indenture And the said Hannah being Examined by us privately out of the hearing of her said husband did Declare that she made her acknowledgment of the said indenture and the afd Lands and Premisses to the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs and assigns Wittingly and freely without being induced thereto by fears or threats of ill usage by her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure Taken and Certified by us E Andrews John Hall Jun.r Received of the within Beale Bordley one half penny sterling Money alienation fine on the within for the for the use of the Lord Baltimore p Benj.a Beall Recorded the 17.th February 1763 13 s.d Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty fourth day of February in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty three Between William Henderson late of the same county of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Mariner son and Devisee of Thomas Henderson late of the same county and province planter deceased of the one part and Beale Bordley of the County of Baltimore in the province afores.d Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth that the said William Henderson for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and thirteen pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Beale Bordley the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged |
