       said Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and seals the Day and Year above written
       Sealed & Delivered being first               John Hall            (s)
       stampt and certifyed                              Hannah Hall       (s)
       the Words "and all persons" being         Beale Bordley      (s)
       first interlined
             E Andrews & John Hall Ju.r

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz

                   We the within Named John Hall Esq.r and Hannah
       his Wife do hereby acknowledge to have received from the within
       named Beale Bordley party to the within indenture the sum
       of Ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain being the
       consideration within mentioned to be by him paid to us, And
       we do hereby acquit and discharge him the said Beale
       Bordley and his Heirs Execut.rs adm.rs & assigns therefrom
       Witness our hands and seals the Day and Year within
       mentioned            £10   sterl

          Be it remembered that on the Eleventh Day of January in the Year
       Seventeen hundred and sixty three the within named John Hall Esq.r
       and Hannah his Wife parties to the within indenture came before us two of
       his Lordships the Right Honourable the Lord proprietary his Justices
       of Baltimore County Court and did acknowledge the said within
       indenture to be their act and Deed and the Land and Premisses
                                                                                                 therein
