304 the said Bargained Land and Premisses belonging or appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainers Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest use trust property claim and demand whatsoever of them the said John Hall and Hannah his Wife and each or either of them of, in, to, or out of, the said hereby bargained premisses and every part thereof To have and To hold the aforesaid hereby bargained and sold Land and premisses (or meant or mentioned so to be) and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs and assigns To and for the Use and Behoof of the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs and assigns for ever And the aforesaid John Hall for himself his Heirs Executors and administrators Doth Covenant and grant to and with the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and assigns that he the said John Hall and Hannah his Wife or one of them now are lawfully seized in their his or her own Right of a good sure perfect absolute and Indefeasible Estate of Inheritance in Fee simple of and in all and singular the said Bargained Land and premisses with the appurtenances without any Condition Limitation or other Matter Cause or thing to alter change or determine the same and that they the said John Hall and Hannah his Wife have have or one of them hath in him her or themselves at the time of sealing and Executing these presents, good Right full power and lawfull and absolute authority to grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs and assigns the aforesaid Land and premisses hereby meant or mentioned to be granted sold and conveyed in manner and form aforesaid In Witness whereof the said |
