303) fourth parts of a Degree West Forty two feet then running south six degrees and one fourth part of a degree West into the aforesaid River and then binding and running on and with the same River untill it intersects the first aforesaid south six degrees and one fourth part of a Degree West Line of the said hereby Bargained Premisses containing one fourth part of an Acre of Land more or Less And also a street or Common Highway (by the Name of Temple Street) all along of the Width of Thirty feet Extended Eastward from the said Bargained Lott and Leading by a streight Line from the said River and binding on the East side of the said Bargained Lot as far as the same Extends and then Continued until it intersects the Court House Ground in the said Town the same street or way running betwenn the said bargained Lott and the afd Great Brick House also one other street or comon Highway (by the Name of Pitt Street all along of the width of Forty feet leading by a streight Line from the Inspecting House and binding on the south side of the said Town lying between the same Town and the bargained Lot aforesaid untill it intersects the first above said street or Common Highway the same streets or Common High Ways to be used from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter at the Will and pleasure of the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs Executors admrs and assigns and all Persons with and without Beasts Waggons Carts Chaises and other Carriages Burthens and Things whatsoever as any of the King's Highways may be and are used, and all advantages Waters Easements and appurtenances to the |
