Ex.d      This Indenture made the Eleventh Day of January
       in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and sixty
       three   Between John Hall of Baltimore County in Maryland Esquire
       and Hannah his Wife of the one part   And Beale Bordley of the same
       Province Gentleman of the other part  Witnesseth that the said
       John Hall and Hannah his Wife for and in consideration of the sum
       of Ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to them in hand paid by the
       said Beale Bordley the receipt whereof the said John Hall and Hannah his
       Wife do hereby acknowledge   Have given and granted bargained
       and sold enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents they the said
       John Hall and Hannah his Wife  Do give and Grant Bargain
       and sell enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Beale Bordley and
       his Heirs and assigns all that piece parcel or Lot of Land situate on Gun
       Powder River in Baltimore County aforesaid   Between the same River
       and the Town of Joppa on the south side of the said Town Beginning at
       a Locust Post in the Ground North fifty seven degrees and one half degree
       West sixty three Feet and an half of a foot from the North West Corner of the
       Great Brick House of them the said John Hall and Hannah his Wife
       in which same house one Henry James now keeps Tavern and is
       thereof Tenant under the said John Hall and Hannah his Wife for
       Years and running (for the said hereby Bargained Premisses from the
       same Locust Post south six degrees and one fourth part of a Degree West
       into the said River then again Beginning at the said Locust post
       and running from the same North Eighty three degrees and three
