301 Parts of two Lots of Land therein mentioned or meant to be Bargained sold and conveyed by him the said Bryan to be the Right and Estate of the said Beale Bordley within mentioned and his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the same indenture John Hall On the 26.th day of January 1763 Came Brian Philpot party to the within Deed before us the subscribers two Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and acknowledged the same to be his act and Deed and the two parts of the two within mentioned Lots of Land with their premisses & appurtenances to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named Beale Bordley his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the within Deed Then also came Mary Wife to the said Brian Philpot, who being by us Examined out of her husbands hearing acknowledged all her Right of Dower to the said bargained two parts of said two lots of Land with their Premisses and appurtenances to be the Right and Title of the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and assigns and declared she made such acknowledgment of her own free & Voluntary will without being induced so to do by threats or ill usage of or from her said Husband or through fear of his Displeasure as Witness our Hands NRuxton Gay Will.m Aisquith Received one penny sterling Money Alienation Fine on 11 s.d the within Lands for the use of the Lord Baltimore Recorded the 17.th Febr 1763 p Benj.a Beall |
