       Six Degrees East Thirty perches then south sixty six Degrees East Twenty
       Eight perches then south Eight and a half Degrees East thirty three Perches
       then with a streight Line to the Beginning containing and laid out for
       Two hundred and Two acres of Land more or Less  Together with all and
       singular the premisses and appurtenances to the said Tract or parcel of Land
       belonging or in any wise appertaining   To have and To hold the said
       Tract or parcell of Land together with the premisses and appurtenances
       thereto belonging unto him the said John Warfield his Heirs and assigns
       for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said John Warfield his
       Heirs and Assigns and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and
       the said Edward Hall for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant
       promise Grant and agree to and with the said John Warfield his Heirs
       and assigns for ever that he the said Edward Hall and his Heirs shall and will
       from Time to Time and at all Times forever hereafter Warrant and Defend the
       said Tract or parcel of Land and premisses with its appurtenances against all
       Manner of person or persons claiming or to claim any Right Title or
       Interest unto the aforesaid Tract or parcell of Land and Premisses with its
       appurtenances from by or under them the said Edward Hall and his Heirs
       and the said Edward Hall doth further covenant for himself and his Heirs
       to and with the said John Warfield his Heirs and assigns that he the said
       Edward Hall and his Heirs shall and will from Time to Time and at
       all Times forever hereafter Do make acknowledge suffer & Execute
       or Cause to be made and done acknowledged suffered and Executed all
       and every such further and other Act or Acts thing or things assurances
       or conveyances in the Law as by the said John Warfield his Heirs
       or assigns or his or their Councel Learned in the Law shall
