291 Money with legal interest thereon by good Bills of Exchange drawn at thirty days sight on some responsible Merchant in London payable thereunto him the said John Brice his Executors Administrators or assigns at or upon the said tenth day of January which shall be in the Year of our Lord Christ seventeen hundred & sixty five shall and will well and truly pay and satisfy In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their seals the day & year first above written Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of Joseph Ensor John Brice Junior William Cooke On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Received the 25.th day of January in the Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand seven hundred & sixty three the sum of four hundred Eighty four pounds three shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned I say recieved of & from the within named John Brice by Joseph Ensor Witnesses Jn.o Brice Jun.r William Cooke Be it Remembered that on the 25.th day of January in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and sixty three before me the subscriber one of the Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland personally appeared the within & above named Joseph Ensor and |
