289 High Way Road further along the said Road Northerly to Bohemia Back Creek head running from thence Westerly down to Elk River to the point on Bohemia and Elk River dividing or otherwise called Town point or Cæcilton again being thus Bounded on the south by Bohemia River East by a high way Road North by Bohemia Back Creek and West by Elk River let the same contain what number or Quantity of Acres soever and on which a Common Recovery was lately had & suffered by the said Joseph Ensor and Mary Augustine Ensor his Wife to wit at a provincial court held at Annapolis for the province of Maryland in September last to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of the said Joseph Ensor his Heirs & Assigns as by the said Recovery Entered amongst the Records of the Provincial Court reference being thereunto had may more fully and at large appear together with the Reversion and Reversions Remainer & Remainders Rents Issues and proffits of the aforesaid Undivided Moiety or half part of Bohemia Mannor Butted & Bounded as aforesaid and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Joseph Ensor of in to or out of the aforesaid undivided Moiety of Bohemia Mannor both in Law and Equity and also of in and to the aforesaid tract of Land called East Humphries with their each & every of their Rights Members and appurtenances To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of Land called East Humphrey's |
