288 which said seventy five pounds was for the Consideration Money of the afores.d Undivided Eighth part of the Lands lying in Cæcil County aforesaid And whereas the said Joseph Ensor hath at divers Time borrowed had and Received of and from the said John Brice a further sum of three hundred & Eighty seven pounds fifteen sterling Money over & above the aforesaid sum of Ninety six pounds Eight shillings due and owing to the said John Brice from the said Joseph Ensor on the afore recited Mortgage as aforesaid and which last mentioned sums amount in the whole to the sum of four hundred Eighty four pounds three shillings sterling Money Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ensor for and in consideration of the aforesaid sum of four hundred Eighty four pounds three shillings sterling Money to him in hand paid by the said John Brice the receipt whereof he the said Joseph Ensor doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents he the said Joseph Ensor for himself & his Heirs doth give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all that the aforesaid Tract of Land Lying in Baltimore County afores.d called East Humphrey's containing three hundred Acres of Land more or Less also all that his undivided Moiety or half part of Bohemia Manor scituate lying & being in Cæcil County Beginning for the whole Tract at the south point of Bohemia and Elk Rivers dividing and from thence Eastward up along Bohemia River near the Head thereof to Hermans Branch by Oppoquecmin Landing point and thence up the said Eastermost Run to the high |
