Exam.d   This Indenture made the Twenty fifth day of January
Duty p.d  in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand seven hundred and
Jn.o Brice Sixty three Between Joseph Ensor of Baltimore County in the
  Clk       Province of Maryland Merchant of the one part and John Brice of
       the City of Annapolis Esquire of the other part   Whereas the
       said Joseph Ensor by his Deed of Mortgage bearing date on or about the
       thirtieth day of April in the Year of our Lord Christ seventeen
       hundred and sixty for the consideration therein mentioned did give grant
       bargain sell alien set over Transfer and Confirm unto him the said
       John Brice his Heirs and Assigns all that his undivided Eigth part or
       portion of Certain Lands and Tenements lying in Cæcil County
       and which is contained in the several Tracts or Parcells of Land called
       or known by the Names of Warmust Coasters Harbour Wheelers Warrent
       High park the Rounds pasture point Locust Neck and Brownley
       also all that Tract or parcel of Land Called East Humphreys lying and
       being in Baltimore County on the North side of a River Called Patapsco
       River and on the West side of a Creek Called Clappers Creek containing
       three hundred acres of Land more or less in which said Deed of Mortgage
       there is a proviso or condition contained that in case the said Joseph
       Ensor his Heirs Executors or Administrators should well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid unto the said John Brice his Executors adm.rs
       or Assigns the full and just sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds sterling
       Money with legal interest thereon together with the charges of drawing
       and recording the said Mortgage at or upon the Tenth day of January
       which should be in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty one
       without fraud or further delay then the aforecited Mortgage was
