287 On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Received August 13.th 1762 of Richard Dicks Twenty pounds Current Money it being the full consideration of the within Deed W Barnes Witness Joseph Ensor Sept.r 10.th 1762 Received of M.r Richard Dicks eight Pence half penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within seventeen Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships agent & receiver General Benj.a Beall On the 13.th day of August 1762 came Joseph Ensor partie to the within Indenture Before us two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for Baltimore County and Acknowledged the Same to be his Act and Deed and the seventeen acres of Land and premisses therein mentioned to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named Richard Dicks his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to an Act of Assembly in such cases Made & provided N Ruxton Gay Will.m Lyon Recorded the 25.th January 1763 6 s.d |
