284 Crosses the said Main Road to Ensors Mile and running thence south sixty Degrees West two Perches then binding on the Main Road the Following Courses South one degree West thirty perches south thirty four Degrees West Eighteen Perches south seventeen Degrees West Nine perches south Two Degrees West Ten Perches untill it intersects the Line of M.rs Acsher Carnan's Land, then South Sixty Degrees East Twenty one Perches, then North thirty four perches then North Fourteen degrees and a half east sixty six perches untill it intersects the Line of Job Garrisons Land then with a direct Line to the place of beginning containing and laid out for seventeen Acres of Land be the same more or less Together with all the Gardens Orchards Ways Water Course Timber Trees Comodities Priviledges Improvements and appurtenances Whatsoever to the same piece or parcel of Land Belonging or in any Wise appurtaining To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses with its appurtenances to him the said Richard Dicks his heirs and assigns for ever and to his only proper use and Behoof and the said Joseph Ensor doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Rich.d Dicks his heirs and Assigns that he the said Joseph Ensor or his Heirs shall and will warrant and defend the above said Land and Premisses with its Appurtenances unto him the said Richard Dicks his heirs and Assigns against all Maner of Persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim the same in Witness Whereof he hath hereunto sett his hand and affixed his seal the day & Year above Written Sealed & Delivered in presence of Joseph Ensor (s) W Barney Se.r & James Badger |
