       any wayes appertaining to my said sone John Hammond his
       Heirs and Assigns to his and their proper use and behoof for ever
       and they to posses Keep and injoy the same freely and quietly without
       any Matter of Challeng Claim or Demand of me the said Thomas
       John Hammond or any other Person or Persons whatsoever for me
       in my Name by my Cause or Precurement and without any Money
       their fore to be Yeild paid or done to me the said Thomas John Hamond
       or to any person or persons claiming by from or under me

             In Witness whar of I have hereunto Put my hand and
       seall this 16.th day of Octob.r 1762
