       Jones Spring Branch and Gaithers Branch Running
       thence South forty six Degrees east Sixty Perches then south
       Twelve Degrees East thirty eight perches then south sixty
       Degrees West thirty two perches then south Seventy Degrees West
       Seventy six perches then South Eighty two Degrees West
       Sixty four perches then North thirty one Degrees West fifty four
       perches then North Ten Degrees East thirty two perches then North
       thirty Nine Degree East Ten perches then by a streight Line to the
       Beginning Trees containing and laid out for one hundred Acres
       of Land more or Less as aforesaid together with all and singular the
       Buildings Improvements and appurtenances thereon or thereto
       in any wise belonging or appertaining To have and To hold
       unto him the said Henry Gaither his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       And to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Henry Gaither
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and for no other intent or purpose
       whatsoever the said two Tracts or Parcells of Land called Presly
       and Barbers Beginning with their appurtenances And the said
       Charles Carroll Doth Covenant and agree with him the said
       Henry Gaither that he the said Henry Gaither his Heirs and assigns
       for ever shall and may ^have^ hold and Enjoy the said Lands and premisses
       Warranted and Defended as well against him the said Charles Carroll
       and his Heirs as against any person or persons claiming
       from by or under him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and
       assigns  And the said Charles Carroll for himself and his Heirs
       Doth Covenant and agree to and with the said Henry Gaither
       his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Charles Carroll or
       his Heirs shall and will at any Time within seven Years
       from this Date at the Request and Charge of him the
