       and Confirmed, and by these presents Doth grant Bargain
       Sell Alien Release Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Henry
       Gaither his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Assigns for ever
       All those two Tracts or Parcels of Land the one called Presly
       lying and being in Ann Arundel County in the Province afores.d
       containing four hundred and Sixteen Acres of Land more or less the
       other called Barbers Beginning lying and being in Frederick
       County aforesaid containing one hundred Acres of Land more
       or Less Beginning for the said Tract of Land called Presly
       at four Bounded Red Oaks two of the said Trees being Dead
       being the original Beginning Trees of Gilpins Standing on the
       Side of a Hill on the West side of a Draught of Snowden's River
       Called and Known by the Name of the Cattail River and Running
       from the said Bounders North fifty four Degrees East six perches
       To a Bounded White Oak being the Original beginning Tree of a
       Tract of Land called the Red Oak Hill ^then with the given line of the s.d red oak Hill^ North sixty five degrees West
       Ten Perches to intersect the original Line of Gilpin then with the
       Original Tract ^North Twenty Nine degrees West Thirty three Perches to end of s.d line still with the orig.l Tract^ south forty Nine Degrees West twenty perches
       North sixty five Degrees West Twenty six perches south forty four
       Degrees West Twenty six Perches south fifty three Degrees West
       Sixty Perches south sixty Eight Degrees West One hundred and
       Twenty perches to Snowdens River then down and bounding
       on the said River South Twelve Degrees thirty minutes Eat
       Ninety Perches still down and Bounding on said River
       East Eight Perches still Down and Bounding on the said
       River south Ten Degrees West forty one perches still down
       and Bounding on the said River South Nineteen
