Exam.d   Know all men by these presents that I John Wood
       of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Planter
       in consideration of the sum of One hundred Pounds Current Money
       to me in hand paid by the John Golder of the City of Annapolis
       Joiner and Cabinet Maker have Bargained sold released
       granted and confirmed  And by these Presents do bargain  
       sell release grant and confirm unto the said John Golder
       A Negro Woman called or known by the Name of Nan
       and her Child with all their future increase whatsoever
       To have and to hold the said Negro Woman called
       Nan and her Child and every of them by these presents bargained
       sold released granted and confirmed unto the only proper Use
       and Behoof of the said John Golder his Executors administrators
       and Assigns for ever freely quietly peaceably and intirely without
       and Contradiction Claim Disturbance or hindrance of any
       person whatsoever to be made Answered or hereafter to be
       rendered so that neither I the said John Wood nor any other for me
       or in my Name any Right Tittle Interest or Demand of
       in to or for the said Negro Woman called Nan and her Child
       challenge claim or demand at any Time or times hereafter
       but from all action, Right Estate Tittle Claim Demand
       Possession and Interest thereof shall be wholly barred and
       Excluded by force and Virtue of these presents  And I the
       said John Wood for my self my Executors administrators
       all and singular the said Negro Woman called Nan &
       her Child with their future increase unto the said
       John Golder his Executors administrators and assigns
