and Profits of them or either            or any part of either of them  To have
        and to hold the said Tracts or parcels of Land and every of them and all and
        Singular the Premisses with their and each and every of their Rights
        Members and Appurtenances unto the Said Jonathan Pinkney his Executors
        Administrators and Assigns from the Day next before the Day of the date
        of these Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term of one
        whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be compleat and
        ended  To the Intent and purpose that (by Force and Virtue of these
        Presents and of the Statute for transferring Uses into Possession) the said
        Jonathan Pinkney may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses
        and be thereby enabled to take and accept a Grant and release of the
        Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs forever In
        Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
        set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and
        Year first above written
