       Assigns for ever and to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever   In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents
       have hereunto set their Hands and seals the Day and Year above
       written

          November the Eight 1762   Then came before me the subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the Within named
       William Paca and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing
       to be his Act and Deed and that the Lands and Premisses within
       mentioned were the Right and Estate of the within named Stephen
       Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent
       and Meaning thereof                        Geo Steuart
                      Recorded the 17.th November 1762

          This Indenture made the Twentieth Day of
       November in the Year of our Lord Christ One thousand seven
       Hundred and sixty two   Between Elizabeth Bordley
       of the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland Gentle Woman
       Sister to and one of the Devisees of Thomas Bordley lately deceased
       who was Eldest son and Heir at Law of Ariana Jennings
       formerly Ariana Bordley deceased which said Ariana was one of
       the Daughters and Parceners of Mathias Vanderheyden late of
       Cecil County Gent Deceased of the one Part, and John Brice
       of the City of Annapolis of the other part   Witnesseth
