       Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within forty Nine
       Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r
       his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d  This Indenture made the first Day of October in the Year of our Lord
       seventeen hundred and sixty two  Between William Paca of the City
       of Annapolis Gentleman of the one part and Stephen Bordley of
       the said city Esquire of the other Part   Whereas the said
       William Paca has this Provincial Court recovered recovered to him
       to him and his Heirs for ever by writ of Entry sur Disseisin en
       le Post had and Prosecuted against the said Stephen Bordley
       according to the Usual Order and Form of Common Recoveries
       heretofore Used Five hundred Acres of Plantable Land called
       the Fancy one hundred and Thirty seven Acres of Plantable Land called Adventure Resurveyed seven hundred and fifty acres
       of Plantable Land called Partnership two hundred and fifty acres of Plantable Land called
       the Grumble And four hundred and Twenty Acres of Plantable
       Land called Bordley's Beginning all situate lying and being
       in Kent County with the Appurtenances; Now This
       Indenture Witnesseth and it is hereby covenanted
       concluded condescended declared and agreed betwixt the aforesaid
       Parties that the true Intent and Meaning of the said Parties
       is, and at the Time of the Recovery aforesaid had and suffered
       as aforesaid was that the said William Paca and his Heirs
       immediately from and after the said Recovery so had and executed
       should and shall stand and be seized of the aforesaid several
       Tracts of Land with the Appurtenances in the said Recovery
       mentioned or meant and intended so to be to the only use
       and behoof of the said Stephen Bordley his Heirs and
