Exam.d   This Indenture made this thirtieth Day of August in the Year
       of our Lord seventeen hundred and sixty two  Between Bennett Green of
       Charles County Planter of the one Part and William Boarman Junior, and
       Gerrard Boarman of the same county Planter of the other part Witnesseth
       that the said Bennett Green for and in consideration of the sum of Five shillings
       Current Money to him in hand paid by the said William Boarman and Gerrard
       Boarman at or before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt
       whereof he doth hereby acknowledge [the Receipt whereof he does hereby acknowledge]
       Hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents  Doth grant bargain
       and sell unto them the said William Boarman and Gerrard Boarman their
       Executors Administrators and Assigns  All that tract or Parcel of Land called
       Greens Rest lying and being in the county afores.d being Part of a greater Tract of Land
       called Content Beginning at a Bounded Tree of Abraham Lemaisters
       standing in Zachariah Swamp and so up the swamp as his Line Runs
       unto a Bounded White Oak standing on the North side of a fresh Run called
       Greens Run thence south East and by East unto the Exterior Line of the said
       Tract of Land called Content thence as the Exterior Line runs backwards to
       the said Lemaisters Land and so binding with the said Le Maisters Line to the
       first bounded Tree containing four hundred and fifty Acres of Land more or less
       Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters
       Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land called Greens Rest
       belonging or appertaining  And the Revertion and Revertions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof  To have and to hold
       the same Tract or Parcel of Land and all and singular the Premisses
       with its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said William
                                                                                                 Boarman
