             Memorand.m On the 20.th Day of Septemb.r Came Amon
       Butler party to the within Deed, and acknowledged the Land
       and Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right, Title Interest
       and Estate of the within Named George Mathews his Heirs and
       assigns for ever, at the same Time came Elizabeth wife of the
                                                                  said Butler and being
       Examined as the Law directs, acknowledged that she freely and
       volontarily gave up her right of Dower to the within mentioned
       Land & Premisses, without being compelled thereto by any threats
       or ill usage of her said Husband or induced thereto through fear of
       his displeasure, Acknowledged before the subscriber two of his
       Lordship's Justices for Baltimore County

       eighteen shillings sterl the Consideration Money within
