       Sue, Semis, Sarah, Jeanie, Cue, Peter and James with the increase
       of the said Suck, Sue, Semis, Sarah and Jeanie   As also all the Right
       Title and Interest of the said Joseph Belt to the same, unto them
       the said John Glassford & C.o their Heirs and Assigns for ever   And the
       said Joseph Belt doth hereby Covenant Grant and agree with the
       said John Glassford & Company their Heirs and Assigns, that
       they or either of them shall and may at all Times hereafter quietly and
       peaceably hold, occupy and possess the Two lots, together with the
       Eight Negroes aforesaid free and clear of and from all and every
       Incumbrance and Charge whatsoever, And the said Joseph Belt
       doth further Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said John
       Glassford & C.o their Heirs & assigns, that he the said Joseph Belt
       will warrant and defend the said two Lotts and eight Negroes with
       the increase of Suck, Sue, Semis, Sarah and Jeanie at all
       Times hereafter to the said John Glassford & C.o their Heirs & assigns
       Provided Nevertheless that if the said Joseph Belt
       his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and truly pay
       and satisfy unto the said John Glassford & C.o their Heirs
       Executors administrators or assigns the said sum of Three hundred
       and fifty pounds two shillings and ten Pence one farthing Money
       afd with legal interest for the same, on or before the first day of
       March which shall happen in the Year of our Lord One thousand
       seven hundred and sixty five then this Deed shall be Null and Void
       as if the same had never been made or Executed, and the said
       Joseph Belt shall be again seized in fee and possessed of the
       said two Lotts with their appurtenances, and the Eight Negroes
