220 to Bohemia Back Creek Head running from thence westerly down to Elk river and southerly down the said Elk River to the Point on Elk and Bohemia River dividing or otherwise called Town Point or Cæcilton again being thus bounded on the south by Bohemia River East by a highway Road North by Bohemia Back Creek and West by Elk River let the same contain what Number or Quantity of Acres so ever together with all Messuages Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Priviledges Improvements Emolum.ts Advantages and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any Wise appertaining, and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances hereby bargained and sold or mentioned or intended so to be unto him the said John Rogers his Executors administrators and Assigns from the Day and before the Day of the Date of these Presents for and during the term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat & ended To the Intent and Purpose that the said John Rogers may be in the Actual Possession of the said hereby Bargained and sold Land and Premisses with the appurtenances and may hereby and by force and Virtue the statute for transferring uses into possession in that Behalf made and Provided be enabled to receive and take a Grant and Release of |
