       that he subscribed his Name as Witness to the within Deed
       and that he saw Daniel Dulany the other subscribing Evidence
       sign his Name as Witness thereto at the same time and that the
       said Deed was Duly executed in their Province by the Party

       Received of M.r Thomas Rutland the sum of Three hundred
       & fifty pounds sterling being the Consideration Money within
       mentioned for the use of Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson
       Assignees of John Philpot & John Hutchinson late of London
       Bankrupts as Witness my hand the day & date within
       mentioned
