       and each of them for us and in our Names to Acknowledge
       the within Deed as the Act and Deed of us in such Maner
       as the Laws of Maryland shall or may require and for their
       or either of their so doing this shall be their sufficient
       Warrant Given under our Hands and Seals this
       seventeenth day of April in the Year seventeen hundred
       and sixty two

       Deed of the within named Bartholomew Pomeroy
       and Joseph Janson and the Lands and Premisses
       therein Mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the
