       before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Prov.l

       in Pursuance thereof acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be the Act and Deed of the within Named Bartholomew
       Pomeroy & Joseph Janson and the Lands & Premisses therein
       Mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within Named
       Thomas Rutland his Heirs & assigns according to the true
       Intent & Meaning of the same Deed & the act of assembly
       in such case made and Provided
