207 and considerations them thereunto Moving Have bargained and sold and by these Presents Do bargain and sell unto the said Thomas Rutland all these two Lots or portions of Ground numbred ninety six and Ninety five situate lying and being in the City of Annapolis in the Province of Maryland with the Appurtenances late in the Tenure and Occupation of Patrick Creagh late of the said City of Annapolis Merchant deceased together with all Easements Priviledges Advantages Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the said Lots or Portions of Ground and each of them belonging or deemed or reputed to belong, and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and the said and of every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold unto the said Thomas Rutland his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day of Next before the date of these Presents for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and Ended Yielding and Paying therefore unto the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson their Heirs and assigns the Rent of One Pepper Corn only on the last day of the said Term If the same shall be lawfully demanded To the Intent and Purpose that by Virtue of these Presents and of the statute for transferring uses into Possession the said Thomas Rutland may be in the Actual Possession of all and singular the Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their and every of their appurtenances and be thereby Enabled to accept and take a Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof |
