       with the Appurtenances aforesaid hereby bargained and sold & Released
       as aforesaid unto the said Charles Hammond his Heirs and Assigns
       as he or they or his or their Council Learned in the Law, shall
       reasonably avised or require of them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and
       Joseph Janson or of each or either of them; Provided the same Contain
       no other or more general covenant &c and Warranty than herein
       is Expressed,   In Witness whereof the said Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson have and each of them hath
       hereunto affixed their hands and seals the Day and Year
       first above written, having Executed two others of the same
       Tenor and Date

          Sealed and Delivered               Joseph Janson      (s)
          in the presence of
             M Macnemara & Loyd Dulany
                      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
                            was thus Written

       Received this 17.th day of April seventeen hundred and
       sixty two the Consideration Money within Expressed
       being one hundred and fifty two pounds sterling the price
       of the within Lands directed to be sold by us having signed
       two other Receipts of this Tenor and Date

          Loyd Dulany                      Joseph Janson

             Know all Men by these Presents that we the
       within Named Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph
       Janson and each of us do hereby Impower Bryan
