       of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession & The aforesaid two
       Tracts or Parcels of Land Lying and being in the County and Province afd
       and Known and Called by the Names of Swan Neck and Chance afd
       with each and every of their Appurtenances; Beginning and Running
       for the courses of the same as in the said Deed of Leases is Expressed and contained
       Together with all and singular the Tenements Hereditaments Plantations
       Improvements and Emoluments unto or upon the said Two tracts of Land
       With the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and Remainders, Rent
       Issues and Profits of the same or of any Part or Parcel of either of them;
       Also all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Use, Trust, Possession, Property,
       Claim and Demands whatsoever both in law and equity of them the said Bartholomew
       Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and each of them of into or out of the aforesaid Lands
       and Premisses, every or any part or parcel thereof with all and singular the
       appurtenances unto the same in any wise belonging   To have and
       To hold the aforesaid Two Tracts of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances
       &c aforesaid hereby bargained and sold Released &c or Intended so to be
       unto the said Charles Hammond his heirs and Assigns for ever to and for his and
       their proper Use and Behoof and to and for no other uses Whatsoever, And
       the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson do and each of
       them doth for themselves and their Heirs &c covenant and grant to and
       with the said Charles Hammond his Heirs and Assigns that they the said
       Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and their Heirs the aforesaid Lands
       and Premisses with their Appurtenances aforesaid from and against
       them us and each of them and their Heirs and all Persons claiming
       or to claim by from or under them or either of them shall and will Warrant
       and for ever defend by these Presents, and that they and each of them will
       do or suffer to be done any other Act or Acts and will Execute and
       Acknowledge any other further conveyance or conveyances approveable
       in Law for the better surety and sure making of the afd Premisses
