       them belonging or in any Wise appertaining  And the Revertion
       and Revertions,  Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits of the said four Lots of Ground and of each
       and every of them   And all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest,
       Use, Trust, Property, Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       him the said William Stevenson of in to or out of the said Lots
       of Ground and of in to or out of each and every of them and
       Premisses with the Appurtenances  To have and to hold
       the said four Lots of Ground and Premisses with their
       and every of their Appurtenances to him the said Thomas
       Johnson Junior, his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper
       Use and Behoofe of him the said Thomas Johnson Junior
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use
       Intent or Purpose whatsoever  And the said William
       Stevenson for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators
       doth hereby Covenant and Grant to and with the said Thomas
       Johnson Junior his Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns in Manner and Form following that is to say
       That he the said Thomas Johnson Junior his Heirs and
       Assigns shall and may from henceforth quietly and
       peaceably have, hold, occupy, posses and enjoy the
       said four Lots of Ground and each and every of them
       with their and each and every of their Rights Members
       and Appurtenances and that he the said William
       Stevenson at the Time of the Execution of these
       Presents is seized of a good sure and indefeazible Estate
       of Inheritance in Fee Simple of in and to the said
       four Lots of Ground and each of them and that
       now hath in himself good Right full Power and
