1) Ex.d This Indenture made this Twenty fifth day of March in the Year of Our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Sixty two Between William Stevenson of Kent County Merchant of the one part and Thomas Joh^n^son Junior of the City of Annapolis Attorney at Law of the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Stevenson for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and Ninety pounds Current Money by him the said Thomas Joh^n^son Jun.r to him the said William Stevenson in hand paid at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he the said William Stevenson doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth acquit and discharge the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them by these presents Hath given, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth give, grant bargain, sell, alien, release, enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Thomas Johnson Jun.r his Heirs and Assigns, All those four Lots of Ground lying and being in the City of Annapolis aforesaid contiguous and adjoining to each others which were devised by Thomas Bordley Esq.r deceased to his sons John and Thomas and which are distinguished in the plat of the Resurvey of the said City made by James Stoddart by the Numbers of Ninety two, Ninety Three, one hundred and four and one hundred and Five Together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Ways Waters Easements profits commodities advantages and appurtenances Whatsoever to the said four Lots of Ground and each and either of them |
