197 West side with a Line drawn south & by East for one hundred and sixty perches to another red oak standing by the Town path bounded on the south by a Line drawn East & by south for one hundred perches bounded on the East by a line drawn from the End of the East and by south line to the first bounded White Oak containing one hundred Acres be the same more or less together with all Houses Edifices Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in any manner appertaining To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcell of Land, together with all and every appurtenance there unto belonging to him the said Thomson Mason his Heirs and assigns to the use of the said Thomson Mason his Heirs and assigns for ever, to the intent to make him the said Thomson Mason perfect Tenant of the Freehold of and in the Premisses against whom a Common Recovery may be had and suffered as herein after is mentioned and for that Purpose it is Covenanted declared and agreed by and between the said Parties to these presents that during the setting of the next Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis it shall and may be lawfull to and for the said John Lwellinn at the proper costs and charges of the said James Manning to sue forth and prosecute a Writ of Entry sur Disseisin in le post in his own Name against the said Thomson Mason returnable before the Justices of the said Provincial Court of the said Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular other the Premisses with |
