193 sell unto the said Thompson Mason his Executors administrators and assigns All that Tract or parcell of Land lying and being situate in Saint Michaels Hundred in Saint Marys County called and known by the Name of Cornelius's Swamp and bounded as follows to Wit Beginning at a marked White Oak upon a Branch of S.t Jerom's Creek and running from the said Oak West and by North for one hundred Perches to a marked red oak standing on the south side of the Town path bounded on the West side with a line drawn south and by East for one hundred and sixty perches to another Red Oak standing by the Town path bounded on the south by a line drawn East and by south for one hundred perches bounded on the East by a line drawn from the End of the East and by south line to the first bounded white Oak containing one hundred acres more or less To have and To hold the said Tract or parcel of Land together with all the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to him the said his Executors administrators and Assigns from the last Day of July last past for and during and unto the full End and Term of one whole Year from thence next ensuing fully to be compleat and ended Yielding and paying therefore unto the said James Manning his Heirs and Assigns the Rent of one Grain of Indian Corn only on the first day of August next ensuing the Date of these presents if the same shall be lawfully demanded To the Intent that by Virtue of these presents and of the statute for Transferring uses into Possession |
