       have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and
       Affixed their seals the day and Year first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered

                On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
                Written   Viz

                Maryland to Wit      Be it Remembered that
       on the Thirteenth day of September in the Year of our
       Lord God, One thousand seven hundred sixty and two
       Before me the subscriber one of the Right Hon.ble the
       Lord Propr.y his Justices of the Provincial Court of
       Maryland came Personally all the parties to the within
       Deed and acknowledged the same in due form of Law
