of them  To have and to hold the said first Mentioned one hundred
        Acres of Land the several Tracts of Land aforesaid and the aforesaid three
        Lotts of Ground and every of them and all and singular the Premisses with
        their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances to
        him the said John Greniff Howard his Heirs and Assigns To the intent
        and purpose that the said John Greniff Howard may be and become perfect
        Tenant of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a common
        Recovery may be had and Suffered against him in such manner as ^is^ herein after
        mentioned  And for that purpose it is hereby covenanted granted and agreed
        by and between ^all^ the said parties to these Presents that before the end of the
        next April Provincial Court one or more Writ or Writs of Entry sur Disseisin
        en le post at the Costs and Charges of him the said Zacheus Onion shall
        and may be brought and prosecuted against him the said John Greniff
        Howard in the Name of him the said Archibald Standiford as Plaintiff or
        Demandant therein of and for the Premisses aforesaid with the Appurtenances
        by such Name or Names Quantity Qality Number or Content of Acres
        or other Certainties and Discriptions as shall be apt and convenient in
        that Behalf to which Writ or Writs the said John Greniff Howard shall
        appear gratis in his proper Person or by his Attorney or Attornies Lawfully
        Authorized and shall vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said Zacheus Onion
        who shall likewise appear Gratis in his proper Person or by Attorney or
        Attornies lawfully Authorized and shall and will enter into the said
        Warranty and Vouch over to Warrant the same Premissesses the
        common Vouchee who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said
        Warranty and after Imparlance make Default and such further and
        other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or moore good and perfect
        common Recovery or Recoverys with Double Voucher shall and may
        be had Suffered perfected and Executed in all Things according to the usual
        course of Common Recoveries with double Voucher for Assurance of Lands
        in such case used and accustomed  And it is hereby further covenanted
