        concluded granted declared and fully agreed by and between all the
        said Parties to these Presents that from and immediately after the suffering
        and perfecting the said Recovery or Recoveries as well these Presents and
        the assurance hereby made as also the common Recovery or Recoveries
        so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had Suffered and perfected
        shall be and enure and shall be adjudged deemed construed and taken
        and are and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be
        and enure to the reco^v^erer or Recoverers in the said Recovery or Recoveries
        named or to be named and he and they and his and their heirs
        shall stand and be Seized of the recovered Premisses and every part
        and parcel thereof to and for the only proper Use and Behoof of
        him the ^said^ Zacheus Onion his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or
        for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Witness
        whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
        sett their Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first
        above written

            On the Back of the aforegoing Release was thus written to wit

        Received on the Day and Year first within written of and from the
        within named John Greniff Howard the sum of five Shillings sterling
        being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid

            On the 20th Day of April 1762 Came before me the Subscriber one
