       intent or purpose whatsoever   In Witness whereof
       the parties to these presents have ^here unto^ interchangeably set
       their hands and affixed their seals the day and Year
       first above written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us
       Henry Schoolfield                  Killiam Lankford
       Southy Whittington      (s)      John Bennett   (s)
       Samuel Atkinson         (s)      Isaac Bozman Schoolfield   (s)

                      On the Back of the aforegoing Deed
                         was thus Written     Viz

             Maryland to Wit      Be it Remembered
       that on the Thirteenth day of September in the
       Year of our Lord God One thousand seven hundred
       sixty and two Before me the Subscriber one of the
       Right Honou.ble the Lord Prop.ry his Justices of the
       Provincial Court of Maryland came personally all
       the parties to the Within Deed and Acknowledged
12 sides   the same Deed in due form of Law
