       severall sums of Money is hereby respectively acknowledged
       It is hereby covenanted granted agreed and declared
       by and between the said Parties to these Presents that the
       said Common Recovery so as aforesaid or in any other
       maner to be hand and suffered and the Execution thereof from
       and immediately after the suffering the same or any other
       Recovery or Recoveries of the said mentioned Premisses is
       and shall be meant and intended to be and enure and is
       hereby declared to be and enure and that the Recoveror
       therein to be named and his Heirs shall stand and be
       seised of and in the Recovered Premisses to and for the
       uses intents and purposes following that is to say, The
       said Three hundred Acres of Land first mentioned and
       discribed and Premisses and every part thereof with the
       Rights Members and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       to and for the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said
       Samuel Atkinson his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and
       for no other use intent and purpose whatsoever, And
       the said four hundred and fifty Acres of Land herein
       secondly mentioned and discribed and premisses and every
       part thereof with the Rights Members and appurtenances
       there unto belonging to and for the only proper use and
       Behoofe of him the said John Bennett his Heirs
       and Assigns for ever, and to and for no other use
