Exam.d   This Indenture made this Thirteenth
       Day of September in the Year seventeen hundred and
       sixty two   Between John Bennett of Worcester County
       in the province of Maryland planter of the one part, and
       Samuel Atkinson of the same county and province planter
       of the other part   Witnesseth that the said John Bennett
       for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings sterling
       Money to him in hand paid by the aforesaid Samuel Atkinson
       at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
       whereof is hereby acknowledged and thereof and therefrom doth
       acquit and discharge the said Samuel Atkinson his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators   Hath granted bargained
       and sold aliened released and confirmed and by these presents
       Doth grant bargain and sell alien release and confirm
       unto him the said Samuel Atkinson (in his actual possession
       now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof
       made by him the said John Bennett for one Year by Indenture
       bearing date the Day next before the Day of the Date of these
       presents and by Force of the Statute for transferring uses into
       Possession) his Heirs and Assigns   All those four hundred and
       fifty Acres of Land contained within the Metes and Bounds
       Courses and Distances following (being part of a tract of Land
       lying and being in Worcester County aforesaid called
                                                                               Choice
