       or Attornies lawfully authorized and vouch to
       Warrant the premisses the aforesaid Southy Whittington
       who shall also appear Gratis in his proper person or
       by his attorney or Attornies lawfully Authorized
       and Vouch to Warranty the Common Vouchee of the
       same court and such further and other proceedings
       shall be there upon had that the said Isaac Bozman
       Schoolfield shall by judgment of the same court recover
       his seisin against the said Samuel Atkinson of
       and in the Demanded Premisses and the said Samuel
       Atkinson shall recover in Value against the aforesaid
       Southy Whittington and the said Southy Whittington
       shall recover over in Value against the common Vouchee
       whereby a common Recovery of the said Premisses
       shall and may be had and suffered      Now this
       Indenture Witnesseth that for the settling and
       declaring the intent and uses of the said Recovery and
       for and in consideration of five shillings Current Money     
       by each of them the said Samuel Atkinson and
       John Bennett to the aforesaid Isaac Bozman
       Schoolfield in hand paid and also for and in consideration
       of the sum of five shillings Current Money by him the
       said John Bennett to him the said Samuel
       Atkinson in hand paid the Receipt of which said
