       Be it Remembred that on the   Sept.r Anno Domini
       1762  before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices
       of the Provincial Court of Maryland personally appeared
       Brian Philpot one of the Attornies appointed by the
       foregoing Power of Attorney; And in the Pursuance thereof
       Acknowledged the Within Instrument of Writing to be
       the Account and Deed of the within named Bartholomew
       Pomeroy & Joseph Janson and the Lands & Premisses
       therein Mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within
       named William Everfield his Heirs and assigns, according
       to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed
       & the Act of assembly in such cases made & provided

Exam.d   This Indenture Quadrupartite made
       this Thirteenth Day of September in the Year seventeen  
       hundred and sixty two   Between Southy Whittington of
       Worcester County in the province of Maryland of the
       first part, Samuel Atkinson of the same county and
       province of the second part, John Bennett of the same
       County and Province of the third part and Isaac Bozman
       Schoolfield of Somerset County and province afores.d of the
       fourth part,  Whereas a Common Recovery is
       intended to be had and suffered at the Provincial
