182 Court for the Docking Barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and Reversions or Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the lands and Appurtenances herein after mentioned It is therefore Covenanted granted and agreed by and between all the said parties to these presents that the said Isaac Bozman Schoolfield shall before the End of the next September Provincial Court (at the cost and charges of the aforesaid Samuel Atkinson and John Bennett) prosecute and sue forth out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery the said Lordships Writ of Entry sur disseisim en le post against him the said Samuel Atkinson returnable to the Provincial Court at Annapolis on the second Tuesday of September next whereby the said Isaac Bozman Schoolfield shall demand against him the said Samuel Atkinson All those Three hundred acres of Land contained within the Metes and Bounds Courses and distances following being part of a Tract of Land called Choice containing Twelve hundred Acres Beginning at a Marked stooping Red Oak standing on the West side of Nasyongo Creek near a small slash thence with a line drawn south fifty eight degrees West four hundred and thirteen pole thence with a line drawn |
