174 and ninety nine pounds nineteen shillings and two pence Current Money with legal interest therefore and the cost and charge of Drawing and recording this Instrument of Writing and also all such sum or sums of Money and Tobacco which the said James Marshall shall hereafter advance or pay to or under the appointm.t or order in Writing of the said Francis King as aforesaid together with legal interest on such payments and advances from the Time of their respectively being made as aforesaid according to the Condition or Proviso aforesaid And further in case default shall be made in payment as aforesaid that he the said James Marshall his heirs Executors administrators and Assigns shall and may at any Time or Times after the aforesaid first Day of December next take unto his or their possession the fourteen Negro slaves aforesaid, or any or either of them and the same Negro slaves or any or either of them after convenient public Notice thereof expose to sale at public Vendue and the Monies arising an such sale or sales receive and the same apply to the payment and discharge of the said sums of two hundred and twenty eight pounds sixteen shillings and eight pence sterling Money and Ninety nine pounds nineteen shillings and two pence Current Money with Interest then and the said Charge of Drawing and Recording as |
