171 the said James Marshall his Heirs and Assigns All those five hundred acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land called Piscattaway Forrest lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid and sold and conveyed by Hutcheson Parker and William Clark Parker to the said Francis King Together with all Houses Edifices Buildings Woods underwoods Improvements Trees Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses Easements profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances whatsoever to the said part of the Tract of Land aforesaid belonging or in any wise appurtaining And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof And all the Estate right Title Interest, use, Trust possession property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Francis King either in Law or Equity of in to and out of the said part of the Tract of Land aforesaid and Premisses and of into and out of every part and parcel thereof, And also the fourteen Negroe slaves following to Wit One Negro Man named Charles, one Negro Man named Dick, one Negro Man named Abraham, one Negro lad named Moses One Negro lad named Jim, one Negro lad named little Jem, one Negro Boy named Jerry, one Negro Woman named Hannah one Negro Woman named Jane, one Negro Woman named Charity, one Negro Woman named Moll one Negro Girl named Henny, on Negro Girl named |
